Welcome. My name is Randy Nichols. I am the president of Pentad Systems, LLC. I have founded a company that forges a relationship between Organizational Development and Systems Development and Integration.

As a seasoned OD practitioner and experienced Database developer, I have developed a suite of web-based systems built on various OD models.

In my 23 years in OD, Maintenance, Production, Operations, and Senior Management, I have struggled with the inability of most commercial information systems to pattern a general business model. I took on the task of developing my own integrated set of systems. These systems enabled a four-fold increase in profitability, efficiencies, and reliability. Now, my company is proud to offer these systems to a wide variety of customers, businesses, and organizations.

I utilize the new DOT-NET architecture for application delivery meaning that the overhead for a customer is kept to a minimum. I host the software, hardware, and the data. Now small- and medium-sized organizations can implement enterprise-quality business applications without worrying about huge initial cash outlays. My pricing model is simple: (a) initial configuration fee (billed hourly), and (b) a monthly usage fee.
